Excellent job placing custom downspout extensions for our roof in areas that required some creativity. Our roof has multi levels and builder just had upper downspouts empty onto lower roof. Inspector and Scott’s company agreed this would cause unnecessary wear on lower shingles. The downspout extensions are placed in hidden spots and one flows over roof riser as requested. The gutter toppers seem to be working well, tested them with some heavy rains last week and now the leaves are falling, satisfied with the product although the representative failed to mention that some are your roofing shingles will be pretty torn up during the process. The owner stated that was normal but would have to charge a fee to come out and repair them. Not cool, my roof is only a few years old with 40-year shingles, It's always good to know the pros and cons before doing a home improve... Read more
