I own a duplex - I live on one side and rent out the other. Both units share a single sewer line. Well it turns out one of my renters was flushing a ton of wet wipes down the toilet causing it to clog the main line. After the rain last night, both basements backed up with sewage. I called jeff at around 930 pm - he answered and was here the next morning with his camera snake. Managed to identify and clear the problem within two hours. Beware of this company. They are not skilled, knowledgeable, nor a company I would ever recommend. They work with Chuck from Standard Property Inspections who is not skilled or knowledgeable either. Beware, Beware, Beware of both companies - pass them over and find another company! And, certainly check out companies who are not working out of their homes - DO NOT USE, EVER! Jeff is amazing! I had a huge sewer backup problem that has been going on for weeks and we have not been able to resolve it. It even included a major sewer flood in the house! I got my septic tank cleaned out thinking it was that, and was told my inlet pipe was likely broken somewhere and I would need to dig up my flagstone patio and my inside tile floor to fix it!! Very disappointing, received a quote after inspection to do a sewer line fix. After initial talks and agreeing to do the work, it has been complete silence. I have called and emailed multiple times to have the work done with no response.
