This past week I had the roof replaced along with placing new gutters on a house build in 1957 and with a lot of uneven surfaces.
Dinasty did an awesome job finishing in one week and taking care of all the " complication" an old structure would throw at you.

They were flexible on schedule and quick to perform the estimation appraisal. They were informative without being pushy in the materials selection. And the tear-off and install crews got the project done in less than two days.. and still they found and repaired sections of dry rot that had been hidden.

Worst Roofing job so far! Left mess and dangerous materials all over job site then disappeared for 3 days, returned yesterday late afternoon for one hour only, dropped off supplies and left again. Haven't seen them since. Workers are flaky, lazy and unprofessional! If I wasn't just the tenant I'd have fired them the first day
