We did both our roof and then a few years later our gutters with this company. So far no complaints on the roof (though they didn't give us the shingles we picked out because the day of the job they came to us and said they were out, which we felt was unprofessional) but we do not recommend working on gutters with these people. Hi there — thank you for the feedback, but after checking our records we don't have any jobs under your name, and the details here don't match our company. We don't offer a 3-year gutter warranty — our workmanship warranty went from 10 years to lifetime. We would also never show up to a job and say we're out of a shingle — our suppliers have materials at the job site the day before, so we'd know well ahead of time if there were ever an issue.
