            I am contacting the office tomorrow and will update if my issues are resolved. I had a full roof replacement and siding done by EAS last fall. I now have two leaks that I noticed today and overall unsatisfactory work that likely led to this.             Full roof replacement is not inexpensive and we had crews of 4+ for each of the three days they were here. We had the advantage of really great spring weather and they worked morning to sunset, not finishing up until after 7:00. They did nice work and we know it was well done when the following week 80MPH winds ran through our neighborhood and there were zero leaks or damage.

            Frustrating: I have had an exceptional customer service experience with EAS but, at the end of the day, I also need the problems resolved. They have come back numerous times to work on the same two concerns. The last time, the person who came was very confident that he would be able to fix these issues, and here we are in the spring with more leakage in both areas. Water is so tricky, so they have a tough job, but seven years of trying without success leaves me feeling pretty frustrated.

He was clear and concise with additional work that needed to be completed throughout the project and transparent on pricing.
