I originally left a glowing review the day after my roof was completed, but unfortunately my experience since then has changed my perspective.
My main concern started with the timing of the installation. The work was done during extremely cold, negative-degree weather. I specifically asked the project manager if this would impact the integrity of the roof and even offered to reschedule if needed. I was assured multiple times that the temperature would not be an issue.
