They were very professional. I called them, they came and looked over our issue, gave us an estimate, and scheduled the work. When the work was scheduled, they were there on time, and completed the job within the time limit. We had a tree fall on our house at Thanksgiving time. Equity Roofing was responsive to come out and quote when others were not. They were fast to get numbers, helped me with the insurance company and put me on the schedule as quickly as they could. We had a couple snow delays to start, but they communicated with me regularly on the schedule. Once they started work, they continued the great service. We are now have a lovely new roof.
