I have been SO impressed with Equity. They came and inspected our roof which is original to 1996 when we moved in this year. They were honest with the condition of the roof, taking pictures all along the inspection process so that we could really see what was and wasn’t damaged. It needed $4000 in repairs, but wasn’t quite ready for full replacement, which I can see a company out for money, might have said considering the age.
