I thought they did a good job until I cleaned up in the attic and noticed a leak. Upon inspection of the roof I noticed exposed nails in the shingles. Who knows what the rest of the damage is until an inspection. Roof was just installed and now I will have repairs done. Very unhappy and do not recommend their services.

My roof replacement went extremely well. Called Equity Roofing and phone was answered (no voicemail) by Ivy who was extremely helpful through entire project. Corey came to my home, went up on the roof, took photos of all problem areas with notations, went over them and gave me an estimate, which he emailed me with the attached photos. We are so happy we went with Equity Roofing to replace our roof. We got estimates from two different companies. One sent us a quote in the mail and the other came to our house to talk about our roof. He looked at the roof said he would be back then kept canceling. We were not happy with either one. The one in the mail was a low price but sounded like the price could go up and we would have had to take the satellite off the roof.
