The company is top notch. I contacted them because of a roof leak. They were responsive and came out and did a full inspection with photos to show issues. They were not pushy. From there I ended up going with a metal roof. The sales side made it easy and the installer's answered any questions and concerns. The prize is the beautiful metal roof they installed. Equity Roofing has been courteous, communicative, and professional through every step. Ivy was friendly and helpful with scheduling and support, and Corey, Jessie, and Steve were all terrific on-site. Equity updated us along every step of the process: when they were leaving, arriving, and with live photo updates during the appraisal and job itself. I stopped by to see if anyone could help with a bird trapped in a downspout and Steven was very kind to come up and take the spouting apart to try to free it. Unfortunately we could not see the bird but he was very willing to help out and I thank him for trying.
