Professional and efficient work done for roof repairs. Scheduling could have been better by the dispatcher and scheduling team. I had called to follow up a week after paying the deposit and was told the service was already scheduled, but I was not informed. Ben handled this well and was very apologetic. I would definitely recommend even with the scheduling issue.
