Very professional. Took my needs into consideration the two days they were here. Extremely understanding and very nice. I would recommend them to everyone. Bathroom is beautiful and now I can take a shower without fear of falling.

A big big thank you to Jeremy Osting, the project consultant who patiently and kindly explained what the process would be to install a new walk-in shower. I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of all the products. He also has very good taste which confirmed my color choices. I honestly was only in the market for price and quality. We just had our initial meeting with ExteriorPros. The gentleman was able to arrive early for our meeting, so the office called and sent a text to give us the opportunity to meet sooner, which actually worked well for us! He did not make us feel rushed or pressured to purchase their products. When we made our decision, he gave us numerous options to work with until we all agreed on the one that worked best for all!
