We replaced all windows in our house. The initial seemed great with a great price point. Office was hard to get a hold of for issues that arose. We had broken screens when windows were installed. Windows weren’t caulked garbage was left all over are yard - nails, insulation, wood, aluminum scraps, Etc. They were supposed to come back to pick up, it was done poorly. I had to take multiple days off work to accommodate the poor finishing job and to fix the repairs.

Luke S was the project consultant who came to give us a quote on the project. He was excellent as he was upfront and honest when discussing the project and the cost. Luke was also informative. His easy going, non-pressure manner was great!
