Doug came out and was great to work with - friendly, knowledgeable, transparent and did the heavy lifting working the insurance company to ensure they were aligned on paying for the work needed. We had hail damage and Nick came out to see how bad it was. He took pictures and showed us where the damage was. He also helped us understand the insurance process. Had sunroom windows replaced by them two years ago and love them. They were in the sweet spot of price (not too suspiciously low or rediculously high), and the quality has been great. Totally transformed the room. Luke came back this year to check out a single window off a bathroom and took on the job because we were returning customers. No magic show demonstration, just clear, open talk. Will go to them whenever we need a roof or siding work too.

The gentleman was able to arrive early for our meeting, so the office called and sent a text to give us the opportunity to meet sooner, which actually worked well for us!
