We are in the process of replacing our patio door and the three windows in our bedroom. The windows were installed when the building was constructed and needed to be upgraded. We chose to work with Exterior Pros LLC from Sussex WI. We met with James Kuriatnyk. He not only explained how the windows work, but what the ProVia windows would do to improve our home. James knows windows and answered our questions and explained how the new windows would be a big improvement to replace original windows....

We had 13 windows replaced starting on August 5. We feel the windows are a good product at a fair price. Everyone we came in contact with were courteous, friendly and respectful. Our installer, Mike, was top notch. He had to work by himself so the job took a bit longer than planned. He was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable.
