Exterior Pros installed the Turtle Shell gutter protection on the back side of my house, where I had challenges with debris from a big tree that partially overhangs my roof. It led to my gutters repeatedly filling up and then water spilling over on the drip line with any heavier rain. Exterior Pros was quick, professional and competitively priced in their solution. Exterior Pros uses some sort of internet based marketing firm. Online they ask you several questions and you fill out an online forms After that I received some calls and text messages trying to set up a bid. After finally speaking with someone at a “call center” they told me if I didn’t live in the property they couldn’t do business with me. I have been getting roofs done for over 40 years and find this very strange. For a bid they only need to inspect the exterior and give a bid. They gave me ... Read more

Won’t stop calling me! I’ve tried more than 4 times to have them lose my number but they keep following up… clicked on a link in 2020 and filled out a form online, five years later I’m still getting a couple of calls every year asking me if I can do a project, I keep telling them that I am not interested and they will not remove my number! If one of you gets this, please please listen
