Had a rotten framed casement window replaced with a large slider window. They did a beautiful job rebuilding the bad frame and installing the new window. Super new window. Scheduled appointment for a specific time and date. The lady called me twice on a Sunday and both times confirmed the date, time, and my name. She then called again on the 4th of July asking to confirm again. Didn't answer because I was with my family for the holiday. Then they DON'T SHOW UP when they're supposed to. Had roof rip and replaced after a hail storm last year. Just had two showers redone. BEAUTIFUL job! Highly recommended... Next up, I think I'm going to have a sliding glass door put in.
