The installation of our front door is a mess. I can't shut the front door and have it lock into place with just the handle, I need to use the dead bolt to get the door to lock.
I contacted Exterior Pros multiple times and I am on the list to have them come out. I don't know how else to get their attention.
We paid a bunch of money for 3 doors, and 1 of them is barely functional.
