From my experience low quality people run this company. Don't practice what they preach. Care more about clout and goofy awards than taking care of their employees. That's why they mostly use subcontractors that will rush through your job. I wasted my time trusting them, and I think you'd be smart to not do the same.

From my experience this company is run by entitled people that take advantage of the less fortunate. They aren't the "family" company they claim to be, it's an act. Expect cheap subs on your project As a carpenter with family all over SE Wisconsin I've never been happier taking my talents elsewhere. Team is everything, and all EP did was prove how fake they are. CONsistently stepping on my toes, low effort, low quality. Do not trust
