Scheduled appointment for a specific time and date. The lady called me twice on a Sunday and both times confirmed the date, time, and my name. She then called again on the 4th of July asking to confirm again. Didn't answer because I was with my family for the holiday. Then they DON'T SHOW UP when they're supposed to. The shower install and completed project were everything I hoped for. They did a wonderful job.
Had roof rip and replaced after a hail storm last year. Just had two showers redone. BEAUTIFUL job! Highly recommended... Next up, I think I'm going to have a sliding glass door put in.
I scheduled a time for this company to come to my house to do an estimate and I told them from the beginning that my husband has a very busy job and would not be able to make it and we would both not be able to be there at the same time because of schedule conflicts. They proceeded to call him and ask to change our estimate date to a Saturday which my husband still works and cannot be there. They would not give us service unless both of us were there.
