Awful sales tactics. The salesman was so smug and just rubbed me the wrong way. I just needed a roof replacement quote, when I was forced to be in a meeting that lasted over an hour which went like this:
- Probably 20 minutes of bad-mouthing the other guys and why I shouldn't go with them. As part of this segment, the salesman asked Claude about the other guys and it listed all the reasons why to possibly avoid them. I'm pretty sure he had pre-programmed Claude to favor their company over others... Read more
Had wind and storm damage on my house siding. Exterior Pros did a fantastic job. Stated early morning and finished by 2:00 in the afternoon. Had to replace all my siding due to the fact that I had aluminum siding which is no longer available.
