DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have had issue after issue. First we were scheduled to have our roof replaced in 2017. No one called. I made a couple of calls to find out when they would be coming out and I got nothing in return. In the summer of 2018 I called again and they said they were missing a signature and that's why they haven't done our roof yet. No one contacted us at all asking for a signature. We have had nothing but problems with the office staff at Exterior Pros. We are responsible for doing work on a family property, and when we arrived for our sales appointment, no sales person arrived. Upon calling the office, we were told that they thought we cancelled (we had had two appointments within a week, and had cancelled one of them). We rescheduled. Exterior pros did an excellent job recently replacing 6 windows for us. These were OLD windows that had been caulked shut, and it was not an easy job. They handled it like the pros they are. From the sales process, to the scheduling, to the measuring and installation. The windows are excellent quality, look fantastic, and came with a lifetime warranty. We compared to 3 other contractors, and price was a great value for the quality of materials and installation. Top notch all the way around!
