I am very disappointed with the windows I had installed. I have so many drafts! They are very quick to get a salesman out to get a sale but when there are issues it's very difficult to get a resolution.
I had a great experience with Exterior Pros. When Mike came over to quote a smaller job, he noticed that my roof had hail damage that I hadn't noticed. Jay came over to see the damage to my roof, and worked with my insurance adjuster (including meeting him at my home) to get my roof replacement, as well as the replacement of my skylights and most of my gutters covered.
