I'll start by saying I love our new windows. The installers were professional and communicated well with us. However, there are a couple of things that left me disappointed. First, the installation itself took 3 days instead of the 1 day promised by the salesperson. Second, half of the windows were not measured properly, and as a result half of my window treatments no longer fit. In addition to paying thousands of dollars for new windows, I'm going to have to pay the expense of all new wind... Read more

Exterior pros came to my house for an estimate for a new roof. I was expecting to pay out of pocket for the whole job, but they were able to find hail damage that two other companies said nothing about. They had someone there while my insurance company came to look. Kept me well informed throughout the whole process. The roof went so smooth that i also had them come out and replace 5 windows. If you don't feel like reading this long winded review, just know this; I am EXTREMELY pleased and impressed with the work done by Exterior Pros and can confidently recommend them to anyone! Everyone was on time, the install crew was great, friendly, respectful, and answered my questions when asked.
