I had this company come out to give an estimate on a flat roof. The salesman took one look at it and said "we can't help, but let me give you an estimate on windows and gutters." It took him 3.5 hours, but I got gutters. This salesman went on and on about the company not using subcontractors. The gutters come and subcontractors show up.
