My roof was experiencing some leaking near the chimney and Matt from Exterior Pros came out right away to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, we ended up having to replace the whole roof which was a shame considering the home inspector said the roof had 10 years left (do not hire HSH Property Inspection for a home inspection). We were very disappointed with the services completed by exterior pros. We were told the project would take 1 to 2 days and it took 7. During those days the materials were left scattered around our house and yard including razor blades and nails. We have a dog and a 1 year old. This was extremely upsetting as we could not allow either of them outside. We are still finding nails all through out our flower beds and yard. During the Covid-Summer of 2020 we had our house completely resided. The siding we had on the house was the original still from 1978 so we needed it bad. Working with Jay Schwenn from exterior pros was a delight and his hardworking crew was able to rip off the old siding and add insulation and put on the new siding in a day!

I first dealt with Jennifer Bell who was pleasant to work with. A sales person, who that comes with everything a sales person is.
