Really don't like giving bad reviews but, we contacted this company to do repairs/remodel of our existing pool, hoping to use a local company. After calling and leaving messages I had to send a message via Facebook messenger to even get them to respond. Then days later, on April 10th they sent out a couple of guys to measure without even letting us know they were coming. These guys said the company would get back to us with a proposal. I had such an excellent experience with Goudy Pools earlier this summer, that I’ve returned to their website to look into hiring them for a few other jobs. A bit of history before we discovered Goudy: We have a 50 year old inground pool that has been difficult to maintain. Our old (to remain nameless) pool company has proven unreliable in several pool emergencies over the years.
