Terrible customer service. Called them when my pool would not backwash. Would put the multiport in backwash mode but nothing would come out. They replaced the multiport. Still my pool water would not come clean. I went to backwash and their new multiport would not turn in any direction. I called them and after several emails and calls they sent tow service boys out only to do nothing, Few days later they replaced the multiport only now my pool water is still not clean and the multiport on...
