They were great until I told them I would provide the salt for my salt pool. I used them for several years. Suddenly they dropped me without providing a good reason! I need a pool service I can count on.

The technician was excellent but the scheduling was horrible. They showed up unexpectedly even after I told them I couldn't just leave the gate open with a pool and a dog in the yard. They need a manager that understands why you can't just have people come onto your property without warning - especially if you have a pool! Why is it so hard to find a company that communicates with its customers? Just a simple text or email is all it would take.
