Vindictive. I got quote from Graber and then ended up going with someone less expensive. The sales associate worked to undermine the new contractor. Terrible business practice. I would not even recommend you get a quote from them.
They did a superb job on rebuilding a significant portion of my deck. They were reliable, quick, did quality work, & didn't leave me a mess to clean up when they left. Definitely recommend.
