    We had discussed and signed for work to be done for our new house. The next day we had a family emergency and had to immediately cancel. We were assured that everything would be taken care of but our deposit has not been returned and those that I could reach have stopped responding. They were quick to respond to get started but since they can't get the work immediately we no longer seem to matter.
