We had discussed and signed for work to be done for our new house. The next day we had a family emergency and had to immediately cancel. We were assured that everything would be taken care of but our deposit has not been returned and those that I could reach have stopped responding. They were quick to respond to get started but since they can't get the work immediately we no longer seem to matter. I am soo very happy with my new deck from Graber Outdoors !! This was a rewarding experience from start to finish..Chase and his crew worked with excellence in mind..how do I know?..because I watched them as they double measured..checked that everything was level and square and done just right !! Chase was always cheerfully ready to answer any questions I might have !! I have nothing but praise for this company and this crew !!
