I’ll break my Graber experience into two parts: Sales and Build.
Sales:
The sales team had good ideas and moved quickly with quoting. Where they fell short was in explaining what the build team would actually do. For example, they never mentioned that the build team would take the existing deck, ensure everything was level and square, and only then begin installing the new deck. If customers understood the level of care and effort on the build side, I believe they’d close even more sales.

The initial start with the estimate was easy and thorough, the salesman was very knowledgeable and up front.
The build process had MAJOR attention to detail, they inspected every board before using it in the build. When there were adjustments, they worked hard to accommodate our choice and made it a reality! The crew was very patient and understanding, even with our less than friendly with strangers family dog.
