            I did not get a call back for months and if you tell them you already have quotes from other company, they will charge you for the attic inspection which suppose to be complimentary, because as per their staff "you may not go with us for the work since you have other quotes". Of course I would have quotes from other companies, do you expect customer to wait on you for months without contacting other companies?
