Nothing but professionalism from everyone we dealt with. The crew that came was polite and hard working. Answered any questions that we had, cleaned up their mess and explained to us where they left the chimney we needed removed. They were done the roof in 2 days and we could not be happier with the look. Keith was absolutely amazing and worked with us to get the roof done by the insurance deadline. I would recommend them to anyone that wants an amazing roof at an affordable price.
Neil did a great job explaining the attic insulation work he would do, and was the only contractor we contacted who was willing to add insulation to the back of the attic hatch and to use wood to build up around the hatch opening. Every other company we talked to would leave the hatch as is ("the hatch is a small space, you won't lose that much energy" seems like a weird argument when they also point out similarly small areas with poor insulation coverage elsewhere in the attic).
