Nothing but professionalism from everyone we dealt with. The crew that came was polite and hard working. Answered any questions that we had, cleaned up their mess and explained to us where they left the chimney we needed removed. They were done the roof in 2 days and we could not be happier with the look. Keith was absolutely amazing and worked with us to get the roof done by the insurance deadline. I reached out January 28 for an attic insulation quote after seeing positive things about Neil on Reddit. Carmen reached out to me January 29 to tell me Neil would be in touch, which was great. February 2 a different person, Keith, got a hold of me and booked a site inspection the morning of February 5. Neil did a great job explaining the attic insulation work he would do, and was the only contractor we contacted who was willing to add insulation to the back of the attic hatch and to use wood to build up around the hatch opening. Every other company we talked to would leave the hatch as is ("the hatch is a small space, you won't lose that much energy" seems like a weird argument when they also point out similarly small areas with poor insulation coverage elsewhere in the attic). I had a new addition done on my property and needed a complete new roof. I was very impressed with the professional attitude for my two installers (Matt & Andi) they worked really hard in getting my roof done before the weather turned. The roof looks amazing and would recommend Guns N Hoses.

After the attic insulation work was completed, I noticed a discrepancy in quality that did not align with what was initially discussed or expected.
