            Review is based on lack of communication and not work provided. Initial communication with Lauchena was great. Erin was supposed to come to my house to provide a quote. Appointment made the week prior. 30 minutes before appointment she called saying she had an emergency at another job site (understandable as this was a current job for a paying customer) and that she could leave that job site around 3pm.             Keith showed up on time and provided photos and a quote for the insurance company in quick order. We booked my roof work and the materials and crew showed up on time. The crew worked hard to get the job done as quick as they could and I was impressed with the way all the other trades work came together without a hitch.
