            Like the review below I know that they showed up at the house, but I never did get a quote from them. I called the office and they asked me to call the estimator, he said he would send it out right away but still no estimate.

            I was disappointed in the customer service received, sadly. I had high expectations from this company that weren't met when they never called back after 4 follow-up calls (3 from me, 1 from my wife) to get a quote. I heard tons of good things about this company (both from people who had work done by them as well as online reviews) before I decided to call them. My roof is the original roof from when my house was built (17 or so years ago) and was getting to the point where I'd rather replace it...Read more

            Price is NOT everything. Value is. This is where Guns and Hoses delivers. G+H replaced our shake roof with asphalt shingles in the SE of Calgary almost 3 years ago (yes, we are a little tardy in posting a review :) ). The job was completed on time, on budget, and with no drama. Kevin was the foreman for that job, and did a fantastic job.
