Guns N Hoses removed my old pine wood shake roof back in 2010 and replaced it with a Euroshield rubber Shake roof in "driftwood" colour. I don't recommend this company. The proprietor, who had been friendly enough to use my pool and take beer from my premises for her team, suddenly increased the invoice cost by several hundred dollars--after I sent her the final payment (according to our contract/agreement). When I respectfully challenged the increase, she refused to finish a small but very important task, and informed me that my warranty was no longer valid.

Disappointed. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote, and did a nice job on the roof. But they didn't finish the job. My gutters were left full of construction debris. The roof was completed in March. I called in late April and was promised "someone will definitely come by and do the spring clean up". Nobody showed up. Simply awesome! We had our garage walls, garage roof, and our attic insulated. Not only did they share what they saw, in real time, they also wanted to rectify any problems to make it right.
