This Crawl Space home located in Ashville Alabama was experiencing high humidity levels from the ac unit located in the crawl space. You can see he moisture under the old plastic liner. This home has a crawl space with moisture and high humidity. There was plywood being propped up like a door to block access to crawl space. Also, the floors were sagging and walls were cracking. We installed a full perimeter H2O Crawl Space Waterproofing system and tied it into a sump pump to discharge away from the home. We also installed floor stabilizers and steel stretcher beams to lift and support the sagging floors. H2O provided a mold fog to address the mold starting to build up in the crawl space. Finally we installed a dehumidifier to control the humidity levels in the crawl space.
