I had waterproofing in our basement done with H2O waterproofing. The whole experience was great from Don giving me an estimate to Lindsey in the office setting up the job. Matt and his crew were professional and went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed quickly and perfectly. We have had over 4 inches of rain this week after the work was completed this week and have no leak anywhere.
Larry came out, inspected my problem and gave me a couple of options on correcting my issue. He was professional, and easy to deal with. I can't say enough about Imari. His attitude and work ethic made, what should have been a major inconvenience, a very pleasant experience overall. Larry still has a few things to finish up, but I would be comfortable recommending this group to anyone having water issues in your basement.

They had Larry come out and take a look a few days later; he was extremely nice and easy to talk to, plus super helpful in how they operate and what they do exactly. We had water in our finished basement and ended up with a ruined floor and dark stains on the drywall. H2O came out and installed a basement waterproofing system with a sump pump. New drywall and you can’t even tell we had a problem. The staff was professional and communicated with us through the whole process. Would highly recommend.
