After two years of trying to get someone to replace the worn wooden sheathing on two front windows that are bumped out (about 10x12 areas, I would guess) we finally found H&F Exteriors, who were willing to tackle the job and replaced them with Hardy Board siding. Jill, our project manager, is one of the absolute hardest working people I know. If she says she’ll be there: she’ll be there. If she says they can do it: they’ll do it. She sets expectations properly and manages them well, even when things don’t always go according to plan (materials delays, weather, etc, it happens!).
