We had H&F replace our roof after hail damage, and overall it was a very positive experience. Paul was helpful throughout the insurance process, met with the adjuster, answered our questions, and helped us navigate the claim. The crew did a great job on the installation, and we're very happy with how the roof turned out. Great communication with Jill & staff who were constantly in touch with us during the roof replacement. They were timely & the job was done the same day. Highly recommend.

It felt like we were cared for by family. Details were not overlooked, excellent check ups and communication, great workmanship, and fantastic help with insurance need. I can't imagine going else where for a new roof. Highly recommend.

Windows Installed by H&F Exteriors. H&F was good about staying in touch and keeping us informed. Jill Cochran, our project manager, was excellent at returning calls and texts. Also Dustin Bettorf was very good at responding to inquiries. I really can't say enough good things about Mike and Jessie our installers. We got a new roof with gutters installed. The roof and gutters look great. Bryan was very helpful during the entire process. He kept us updated on when the materials would be delivered and when they would arrive to do all the work. I appreciate all of his time to explain everything to us.

We couldn't be happier with our new windows from H&F Exteriors! The quality is outstanding, and the transformation in our building is exactly what we were hoping for. Connor from H&F Exteriors was incredible to work with. He followed up immediately after I scheduled an estimate for my job (this was during a holiday weekend!) and asked for pictures prior to visit to help assess situation. H & F Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing our roof and also replacing our siding. A.J. Thompson was very proficient in handling all the details, contacting our insurance, and following up during and after the job. Excellent company and highly recommend.

I did not want to leave a review, but the project manager insisted, and so here was my experience below. We hired H&F Exteriors for storm-related siding and fascia work, and while the finished work itself looks good after several follow-ups, the overall experience was frustrating enough that I can’t recommend them based on project management and communication.
