I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are contracted by a property management company my Condominium HOA uses. I had damage to my bedroom sliding glass door from the storm on 3/14. I noticed dust & mud splatter on the back of my blinds from the rain high winds. There was also debris from pine needles & leaves all over my brand new carpet. Jill, our project manager, is one of the absolute hardest working people I know. If she says she’ll be there: she’ll be there. If she says they can do it: they’ll do it. She sets expectations properly and manages them well, even when things don’t always go according to plan (materials delays, weather, etc, it happens!). I had a tree fall on my roof 7 hours after closing. I called H&F based off the reviews, and I have to say, it was the best thing I could have done. Pete was assigned as my Project Manager and he did an amazing job explaining the process and making suggestions. I didnt want a full replacement, because I have plans to put on a metal roof in a couple years. Pete made sure my partial replacement was a possibility and made it happen.
