I saw the positive reviews, so I called to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement and other work. Unfortunately an Ai agent answered the phone, and the experience was predictably bad and off putting. For one, its response times to voice were terrible. Secondly, it leaves a really bad impression about how it will be dealing with a company, and how much stock they put into the value of my time and the overall experience.
