I may have dodged a bullet with this company. After the storm, I scheduled an inspection for my house on March 27th. The inspector was scheduled to arrive at 11:30am according to their office, but text me saying he would schedule out his day and let me know the day of what time he should arrive. Quick response, filled out request online on Saturday, 3/15 - received a call that day. Darryl came on Monday, 3/17 and replaced the piece of siding that came off after the March 14 storm. Very happy with H&F.
