Definitely recommend H&F, we have never made any kind of claim before and Jill made everything extremely easy! They walk you through the whole process. Our new roof looks great! Thanks guys!
We really appreciate the kind words and the recommendation! Navigating an insurance claim can feel overwhelming the first time, so we're glad Jill was able to make the process smooth and stress-free for you. Your new roof looks fantastic and we're grateful you trusted H&F to get it done right. Thanks again!
I’ve worked with Bryan on a few home improvement projects at our house. He’s always willing to answer questions and share pictures with us. I texted him today asking a question about our siding. He quickly responded, came over, and fixed it himself. Very convenient to have someone to text/call who is willing to help and go the extra mile. Thanks, Bryan!
Thanks so much for the kind words! Bryan is a true pro and we're lucky to have him on the H&F team. We’re glad to hear he's been able to help you out time and time again, it means a lot when our customers trust us enough to keep coming back. We’ll be sure to pass this along to him! Let us know if you ever need anything else!
Blake was excellent start to finish. When I had questions and concerns he was on it. He never pressured and was extremely attentive to my needs. I welcome his stellar service and would recommend him to my neighbors. A true professional. You can't ask for better service. I am so pleased with the attention to detail and the final product. You won't be disappointed. My roof is beautiful! Thank you!

He takes a lot of pride in making sure our customers feel heard and supported throughout the process. Your roof looks fantastic and we truly appreciate you spreading the word, we’re always here if your neighbors need anything!
I saw the positive reviews, so I called to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement and other work. Unfortunately an Ai agent answered the phone, and the experience was predictably bad and off putting. For one, its response times to voice were terrible. Secondly, it leaves a really bad impression about how it will be dealing with a company, and how much stock they put into the value of my time and the overall experience. Get rid of the Ai, and staff someone to answer the damned phone. I’m sur... Read more
