We had a great experience with H&F! We reached out after some hail damage to our roof. They were straightforward and honest every step of the way. They worked directly with our insurance company and claims adjuster and honored their original estimate after it took us a little time to work out financing. They were very up front about scheduling and sent weekly updates while we waited for materials. The work was completed within the target dates they promised. The work crews were incredibly q... Craftsmanship, communication, helping with insurance coverage for hail damage were all top notch. Loved the weekly updates and the time Jill Cochran took with us.

Thanks, Danielle! We pride ourselves on those 3 things that tend to set us apart from our competition - craftsmanship, communication, and insurance handling. We are glad our focused efforts paid off on your project and overall experience. Jill does a fabulous job! Thanks for mentioning her.

My experience with H&F was through their project manager Bryan Fleming. He was professional, prompt and discussed all details of the project carefully. My roof was replaced, and the company did a good job. There were some hiccups, but I could count on Bryan to respond promptly and follow-up. For my roof replacement project, Bryan was the face of H&F, and he did a great job.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! We acknowledge, and even anticipate, that things can go wrong in any construction project. But we commit to our customers that in the end, it will be done right. Every time.
