Jill was very helpful through every step of the process. Once we had an order set in place they had a team assigned to us and we would get weekly updates on the progress of our materials and the when they planned to start. The entire process was stress free for us as the customer. Jill came to us anytime they needed any paperwork or anything from us and truly made this a great experience.

We had an overall positive experience. It wasn't without hiccups, but anything we brought up was addressed quickly and completely to our satisfaction. We are very satisfied with our new roof and Jill was a pleasure to work with.

I’ll be honest I did not expect a response until the next day due to my inquiry being later in the afternoon. Very rarely do you even get a response or a call back from ANY company these days due to “be... Read more
