Initially I had a good impression. Near 10 months to project completion and the luster wore off a bit. Multiple visits to repair poor quality installation I rolled with as best I could. They assured me it would be made right and for the most part it was. My problem was they knew to the penny what my insurance payments were supposed to be and would text me near daily asking if I got payment yet. Yet for all that attention to detail my out of pocket expense moved from 2800 I believe, to 3900, down... Read more

Thank you for your review. We appreciated the opportunity to work for you and we think the roof looks great! We also appreciate your patience as we perfected the fascia work on the front of your house. With a beautiful, unique look, it was a little more difficult than normal to wrap the fascia metal just right. And those new black windows look awesome! I'd like to address the money difficulties, because we can only control so much. When an insurance claim is done, the adjuster will provide an initial estimate, but that may not include all the aspects of restoring your property. Things might be missed, or code items are required, and those don't get paid for up front. So we supplemented your insurance company for those items, and they agreed with us and released additional funding to cover those costs such as having to carry the shingles up a ladder due to your property layout. Unfortunately, in the course of your job, the original adjuster assigned to your case was reassigned. A mistake, on the insurance companies end, was made in your estimate and that number was relayed to us which we then relayed to you. When we finally heard that your depreciation was released, the numbers didn't match up, so we called your insurance company to investigate. A supervisor let us know about the adjuster being reassigned and the numbers being inaccurate. When our project manager sat down to settle up with you, we admit there was a little confusion regarding your final out of pocket expense, but only because we were given incorrect numbers from your insurance company. In the end, all the pricing was correct, but we apologize for not catching their mistake before relaying the numbers to you. Regardless, we appreciate your review and it will help us to improve our business processes moving forward.
