Generally okay workmanship. But I don't want okay workmanship on my house. It looks like they do okay work on new builds etc but if you have a beautiful old brick house stay away.
Issues with communication around what end state will look like. Example:
The flashing done under one window is bent back, showing the silver part of the flashing. It looks cheap and bad. I had to bring it up. Was told that it was expected. The wood and paint on that window is all chipped - looks terrible. Of course I ... Read more

Proactive communication is essential and with that being said, we apologize that we did not adequately walk you through the expected outcome of the window flashing before the installation. We recognize the unique care and attention required when working on a historic home. We fully agree that setting clear expectations about flashing profiles, exposed metals, and potential trim impact must happen before the work begins, not after. Failing to communicate those expectations upfront and offering pre-install solutions was an oversight on our part. We also apologize for the cleanup breakdown. While we extended several offers to return and make aesthetic adjustments, we understand you declined those services. We are training our team to ensure clients understand aesthetic expectations before work begins.
