Contracted H&F Exteriors on September 30, 2025 (60% deposit at signing) to replace deteriorating front porch columns and railings. Project concluded on February 18, 2026, totaling 141 days. On-site production began January 16, 2026 — 108 days after contract signing — and occurred across six work sessions. Abby was great and informative. She was able to shift her schedule to provide me with a quick quote so I could get the ball rolling on my repair. She provided assistance with insurance even though we did not go that route.
