I had high hopes in using this company. I ask for a quote for some major work, to replace and build new drainage with rock, etc. Kevin came by 3 weeks ago and I have never heard back. That is ok, I had another company come by last week to give me a quote, I had that quote later that day. I will be using them now.

Can't recommend Hicks more highly! Service was always quick, super nice and professional. Their crews are amazing - exemplary work! Matt is incredibly knowledgeable, always provided expert advice and answered all of the many questions I had. Not knowing anything about plants, flowers, grass, anything green, etc., it's a real comfort to know there's someone out there I can trust and who I know won't try to take advantage of my ignorance of all things related to landscaping. Outstanding!

Honestly they deserve ZERO Stars. I met with Kevin on June 4th. He promised me a quote within 2 weeks. I have yet to hear back from him. I called the office 5 times since I met with him. Each time being promised that someone would get back to me. Again still haven't heard from anyone. Extremely disappointed I have to even write this review.

We contracted Hicks for 2500sqft of sod installation and a catch basin installation. Ill start by saying if you are just looking for a sod installation with no extras or frills, Hicks did a fine job. When it came to doing a catch basin, it seemed as if there was little to no direction given to the field crew on where to install and how to properly backfill an excavation.
